I am sorry to hear about your brother. When I saw "Angel Flight," I thought you were referring another Angel Flight. One where pilots carry medical patients free of charge, using their own aircraft. My neice's husband works with Angel Filghts in Houston Texas, and my son has made a number of Angel Flights (prior to flying for United). I am very proud of the work these people do. They often fly in less than favorable conditions, because there is a NEED that simply won't wait. They do it for free and the love of flying, for people who would otherwise not be able to afford it. My son flew a Piper Lance (6 seater) and often flew kids on their first flights. If it was good weather and the kid was just going to thearapy in another state, he would give him/her the Grand Tour Flight- one they would remember. Sometimes he would let them ride up front!
These were mostly young cancer patients that he flew. This is one of those things that make a father very proud of his son, and know somewhere he taught him well. My chest is sticking out a little as I write this....
