That's a possibility but all the left over cards I ever bought from Gemaco that were advertising cards were never casino quality with the details for the pit on back of the box. They had 2 different papers they used for casinos Traditional (flexible and linen finish) and Alpha (smooth but very stiff). It's just a weird design with the snake.
