I seem to remember several posts on the board about each time they were offered... and I think there are posts mentioning approx. how many of each were offered and that the seller was tight-lipped about exactly how many of each he had. By connecting all the dots thru the years, I think it's safe to say that no more than a box [100] of each; 10 (+12?), 25, 50, and 100 turned up with the exception of two 50s being found in Prescott, years later. If there's a box of 100 1s out there, they sure ain't accounted for...
I also think that no more than 4 each of drilled chips exists; with one each still at USPC (w/ the possibility of one of each at an East Coast university; excluding the 50... of which I can not account for any drilled examples). Not saying that they're not out there; just can't recall any being noted.
Still looks like the 4 undrilled 1s are the big poppas; though that does not deminish the value of the drilled exampls, in my opinion. Still, at approx 100+ of each denomination known, I feel that the $300 level is where the chip (10-25-50-100) should be at once again, in the not-too-far-off future. I also know that the 4 undrilled 1s are in strong hands... and if I should ever trip upon another it will never be offered for sale, but rather gift deeded.
