I didn't mention the 'box' when asked because I did not see them. I only remember AA mentioning a "box of red chips" when I stumbled on his box of 50s at the West Palm Beach show.

He also had three boxes of the Red Die-cut Kentucky Club chips that I bought and about a handful of the $1 MECCA CLUB chips.... I never remember him finding another chip, since.

The Floridian find and KY chips were not in his same initial find... but he started offering them since there was interest in the FL-50s...

I have three 50s left, but since I sold so many of them at $300 each, I can not lower the price; though I have transfered a few while under consignment for a bit less (I started selling them at $6 and then $10 each before my resarch) and I donated one to the South Florida Historical Museum.

Strange that your missing 10s never popped up. My guess is that they were discarded (dumpster) either before they left the property where you were hit... or nearby.

I know when I was hit they simply bypassed pearls, ivories and plaques... and simply went for what they thought they could fenced easilly.
