I have season tickets for Stanford and have seen every game this year. They seem to lose focus for extended periods, typically in the 1st half, and Luck is trying to do too much. If ND can't stop the run, then your bet might make sense. Otherwise it is risky. Oregon double covered Fleener (TE) and none of the other receivers could consistently make plays. The 2nd TE (Ertz) has missed the last 3 games and WR Owusu the last 2.
USC, Oregon, & CAL loaded up against the run. Stanford uses a "Jumbo" package with extra OL & TEs. No WR. CAL had 5 or 6 guys in a defensive package of their own to match up against the Stanford's Jumbo. They stood just inside the field and ran on or off when they saw who was coming in for Stanford.
Stanford's DBs aren't very good, which ND has exploited the last 2 years. Do they have anyone to throw them the ball this year?
