I just noticed something.
When I bought these (or should I say, when I duplicated these ) it was the same seller as the Sepia lot.
He did comment to me they were with the original lot, it was the one of each he had planned to keep.
Now I look at Chris O'Connor, Portland, OR who was part of that deal.
The other places he was known at (including the 'oconnor' chips, some in similar plain inlaid mold) were all address 415 Washington St, Portland.
