How do you suggest the club take action against someone who isn't breaking any laws.

In fact, if they are completely disclosing when they sell, they aren;t even breaking our own Code Of Ethics.

I am open to suggestions but the club has no intention of opening ourselves up to a restraint of trade lawsuit.
