I am using Photoshop Elements 6.0, so some of the interfaces have changed, but I have found the tools that have been mentioned. I am still fooling around with the Photomerge tool but it should eventually work.

Thanks for the help so far. I am savvy enough with software in general so this should come together. Here is a quick preview of the first chip that I am working on.
