Many museums display items and/or specific collections that are "on-loan" from private owners or institutes. Couldn't the MOGH "virtual museum" (and eventually the physical museum) do the same thing, giving credit to the person that provided the items (or pictures / scans of the items)? Right now, The Chip Guide presently does that for those that provide scans. And once you have the scans, they can be kept & rotated with other displays just as (I assume) it would be done in a physical museum.
