~~~ to support the idea of actually "getting the show on the road."
It's been suggested openly over the past several years that we at least get the collection in view; either online or at coin shows/shopping malls... As far as I've seen in the MOGH posts; only Mr Tan has stepped forward to help in Las Vegas by donating his time and effort of getting portions of the collection in front of the public.
Without actually displaying what the club has amassed in all the years building the collection, nobody will know this collection even exists... which. in my opinion, is a perfect way to attract those who might be willing to help us in our efforts.
I'd love to see what has been amassed through the years and I'm quite sure it's a world-class assemblage... but why keep it in the dark instead of displaying it -- even if just portions of it? I know there are members who are also willing to share their collections with the MOGH once it's operational; myself included.
My question has always been: "Why keep it hidden and not in plain sight for others to enjoy...?"
