Archie, I.. I don't understand why would the State of New Jersey government need to get approval from the federal government if the voters of New Jersey voted in the affirmative for the measure? Can your enlighten me 'cause I really don't know even though I was involved politically in New Jersey for 25 years this is something I've never heard of. TYIA.
