knowing about child abuse must report it to police. Informing another college official is not in compliance with the law. BTW I happen to work with a former captain of the Penn State football team. HE heard rumors about this scandal 2 years ago. A sad happening. Let us not forget the children scarred for life. If we want to feel bad for anyone feel for the children not the coaching staff and execs.
