For this problem one would need to know at what point the weatherman started for his determination that tomorrow would be "twice as cold". We all know that 2 times 0 is 0, so that isn't the answer. If the assumption that "cold" starts at the freezing point of 32 deg. F. then "twice as cold" from 0 would be minus 32 deg. F.
