a sreatosphere players club card ,when they first opened you got this slot card ,once you got 50 points on your card ,you turned it in & got a permanant card.then they took old card & cut it up .this done should make this a rare card .this was issued in 1996 ,& not many people were collecting slot cards 16 years .ago ,nice for the card collector $22.00 shipped
