Re: I have to ask – Chipguide Question

Ron, I will venture a partial answer to your question on verification. I am sure you are referring to, in part, the Cat's Paw casino in Bozeman, MT. The Wild Bill Hickock generic chip was being used there along with the Langworthy $5 Chip. I played and harvested there two different times. The newer Paulsens look pretty nice, and I have not been there since they have hit the table. When an owner takes over a card room, they have to provide their own chips, they are only leasing the space for the table, usually. Many times when the card room lease changes hands the owner takes the chips with him, or they sell the chips to the new owner. I would be happy to answer any questions that anyone has, in relation to any finds that I have provided to the Chip Guide. Reggie
