I bought a "security code" generator for eBay/PayPal. Even though these aren't 100% fool proof they do make it a bit more difficult to crack your account. I believe they charge $5 for the number generator which is as thin as a credit card and must be pressed each time you sign on, that is if you sign off immediately after using eBay or PayPal. I find it no problem to use and enjoy the extra layer of security.
