To answer your question what this set was all about . . . each week during the 20th anniversary of Resorts, players who accumulated a certain number of credits would be eligible to draw for an envelope containing one chip. Each week, addtional chips would be made available to players. It took several months to accumulate or trade with other players to complete a set.
