Jerry, that is a lithograph by clown artist Geoge Crionas. It was done in the early 70's. His work was very popular at the time. Morris Shenker, owner of the Dunes, had the original that the two hundred lithos were made from hanging in his office. I have that one, and the clowns at the craps table.
