Anyway, the structure of our bb's is that the data for each post is stored in a completely different place to all the scripts so the worst case is rebuilding from scratch which I did. Usually that would only take a couple of minutes but as I haven't archived since January (as the server seems to have no problem managing 50,000 posts in one file) it took exponentionally longer.
