The former owner of New Hampshire International Speedway (Nascar events) will open the Black Bear Casino in Oxford, ME late spring 2012. Slots and table games with restaurant initially. Plans include future hotel. Success may depend on voters approving 2 other casinos next month. Silverton in LV is a partner in development. About 2 hrs from where I live.
