If not gold leaf, it certainly looks like gold leaf. I've also seen the "gold leaf" on the stick box crest & seals.

BTW, does anyone else have one of these GCC (Geneva CC ?????) in any letter color besides black?

The gold leaf GCC is ultra rare (2, maybe 3 known).
