Shown in the scans are two documents for a Dealers and Coupiers Union in Cuba from the 1940s. Both documents are associated with Fausto Bulart. The 1941 document looks like Bulart's completion of Roulette Dealer's school and the 1946 document appears to be some sort of dues payment receipt.

These documents are in my 'Roulette" collection - I just thought I would share them with my Cuban chip collector friends on the Board. If any one can give me an exact translation of the documents, I would appreciate it.
