I have been to TGT and the Vintage Dice site. The several Nevada locations for Clover Club's have a different design than these. There are several 'illegal' operations known (Oregon, Louisiana, Florida and Montana) but also not imaged on the Vintage Dice site.

Anyone have a suggestion for ID?
