Roy, it looks like the chips are plain clay chips with the logo ink stamped and they don’t look like they are engraved chips.
I don’t think the seller is trying to deceive but I’ve seen this in the past where someone ink stamped clay chips and pawned them off as old antique chips (I know, I bought the stupid things). I bought them thinking I had found a new antique chip for the guide. I got them in the mail and they were just ink stamped.
