I have a casino list that's arranged in address order -- that is, downtown casinos, then Strip (east side of street), Strip (west side of street), etc. Includes casino names, addresses, and notes whether "live games" or "slots only".

Casinos for the entire state are listed, but you can just pick out the areas you're interested in.

Compiled in Excel spreadsheet format, so you'll need Excel to read it & modify it.

I used to do a complete chip run in a weekend, but that's when LV area was smaller. IMO, it would take 3-4 days to do a complete chip run of the greater LV area now. Good luck with your trip!
