precursor to Casino of the Sun, what was once Papago BINGO?

Do you have a better version of this token? I'm looking to post this one on ChipGuide.

Also, have you see the "report" by Janice O'Neal for "Papago"? Link is below, but the notation advises Ak-Chin, Maricopa County, and Papago BINGO was Pima County. Note also that she crossed-out the note. If you have better info, I will post a note/comment with Janice's Report.
