They are facinating chips that is for sure. I think South America is a safe bet. The buildings these two chips I think were IDed as being in Uraguay but I do not recall the city.

The buildings are modern maybe 70s? All of these bone chips had to have been hand made on some type of jig. I wish I had more time to research but my time is consumed at work right now.
