I am sorry if this sounds stupid but I gave up watching TV for a year while we were doing the Seymour Coded Antique Chip Project and I really have not returned to watching programs of this magnitude yet.

Question #1: Do I owe chips to anybody yet?
Question #2: How do I know when I owe someone a chip?
