There's a Pal's Card Room listed on this website (http://cashcoinconnection.com/Casino/USA/CA/CardRooms/P.pdf), but there are no scans. It was listed in San Diego, opening in 1956.

This is a very nice reference site. Lots of chips, lots of scans, lots of time put into it. I'm sure it's been mentioned on the chipboard, probably many times.
