The post office STILL does not like the address applied to my last attempt to send you what I owe you as the package was returned to me again today.

Rather than trying a 3rd time; if you send me your email address, I will send you the refund that I owe you via Pay Pal.

Sorry for the variouis delays in getting this to you. While I am certainly partially to blame, so is the post office!
