A lot of these were used in Tunica for training when they opened the original Harrah's Tunica. There is a woman at work that has quite a few of these and asked me about the worth. I asked how she came across them; she and her husband transferred to Tunica to open the property and they used them for training and sent some home with her so she could practice handling chips (she had never dealt before and was training to be a dealer).
