Same here... And with "A" being the dominant in the monogram, followed by "J" (Juego ?), I was thinking maybe Spain or even Portugal... or South America, somewhere, but I find nothing with that lettering. Also unusual that bone and nacre were used which makes me kind of lean more to something in this hemisphere like Puerto Rico, Cuba or Uruguay and not so much Europa...
