Definitely Pullman RR Car Co-related. There are a lot of them around. (LOL that I see some single chips offered for over $100 on eBay. Worth well under $10 each.) Years ago I was able to ID them for chip collectors due to my interest in playing cards. That logo/monogram was used by Pullman on their cards. ... .... I don't know how they were distributed -- used on their trains is possible.
