I know very little about the piece (when it was used), nor do I know if the incuse above the serial number is a security measure of a cancellation. In either case, the litho seems to be untouched... and the protective laminate is quite thick.

The piece remains flat w/o any warps/twists, and their isn't any odor that I can detect...

More than likely made by the same manufacturer back when the Lago Maggiore series was issued.

Does anyone know of other denominatins from this series other than the small chips... or even know if another one of these exists?
