You are probably right ... down south John ... it's a big country. ILLEGALS work in many areas of labor other than picking "grapes and figs".
As for "paying more" ... we are already paying more in taxes supporting the ILLEGALS in this country. According to your reasoning, we should have ILLEGALS teaching our children so we wouldn't have to "pay more" for our educators; or we should welcome more ILLEGALS into this country to work our construction trades so that we wouldn't have to "pay more" for the qualified trades people who have built this great nation. Maybe we should bring back sweat shops and child labor so that we wouldn't have to "pay more" for many of our products. That reasoning would bring back home lots of factory jobs that went out of country so we could "pay even less".
