The question was competitiveness? Not stimulus or where it went or that those who spent it do not know where or how it was spent? Not taxes. There is plenty of taxes but too much spending? (Unions spent $31,000,000 in Wisc. and lost - where did the money go?) We are still NO. 1 in everything but have 4F leadership at all levels.
