Don, what's your opinion on the $100 & $500 chips from here that neither of which, so far, I have seen any with those "concentric circles" in the coin inlays?

Same with the higher denominations of the coin inlay Sahara Tahoes.

BTW, the purple $2.50 of mine pictured does have those concentric circles,
just very faint and hard to see in the photo.

I once discussed this with CT Rogers and it was his opinion that the very first chips stamped were without any of the "circles", and that the cleaning of the "dies" is what created those "circles" on the coin inlays. Interesting!
