There is no Mason record card on the Tower Hub inlay 25.

Hub inlay's were usually dropped shipped from Burt Co. May or may not be a card at Burt with delivery address, in my experience.

I do think the building picture on the inlay chip is a hint to where it went.
If I had the chip, I would search for pictures of both joints LV and Arkansas.
Wayne Threadgill in his book "Gambling In The Spa" on Hot Springs is not claiming the inlay 25.

But there is a picture of the Arkansas Tower Club. The spire on top looks close to the picture on the 25 chip. Sort of Texas, Alamo structure.
