Need I remind people that (1) this is not exclusively a Club board, despite the high degree of overlap in participation; (2) misleading ads should never be allowed; and (3) club members actually have a higher duty than non-members because club members must offer a refund for any reason, or no reason at all, under the rules?

I know you weren't seeking to give club members an opportunity to be more misleading than non-club members, but the way it was written this needs to be clarified so everyone understands - buyers and sellers alike - that the club does not condone misleading ads by one segment of the population (its own members).
