The Belle of Baton Rouge opened in 1994 and closed in 1999 to become the Argosy. In 2005, it again became the Belle. This $25 1999 New Year L.E. is from the first Belle - the one that closed in 1999.

The chip is sharp and shows no wear. I'll sell it to you for $25 and $2 postage. You couldn't do better even if you got into a time machine and went back to 1999!
