... but, if I may ask, why "neutral" feedback as opposed to "negative/positive"? Keep in mind, this is my opinion on the matter... Even though the seller posted correctly and the buyer won the auctions, the buyer did contact the seller about combining shipping/handling fees for multiple items won. Per my understanding of the situation/story, if the seller gives an initial "impression" or in some way "insinuates" that he/she (seller) may combine the S&H fees for the items, then later decides to charge full price and ship the items in the same package, then "negative" (especially, if the seller made no further contact or notified the buyer of such action). If the seller flat out denies whether or not he/she (seller) will combine S&H fees when first contacted, then the "positive" feedback, because the buyer made the mistake of assuming the seller would do so (contact seller prior to bidding). I see no cause/purpose for "neutral" feedback.
I am aware of sellers on charging outlandish shipping/handling fees, but after over 500+ purchases on myself, I have not had to deal with one. I always inquire about anything that is not clear/concise on a posting before bidding (each and every time and item).
