This is one of the first chips that B et G shipped to another solar system. It is used in the Casino Qapla' on the planet Klingon. Qapla' means "success" in the Klingon language and is often shouted out in a casino when a blackjack is dealt to the player.

The pic below shows the full Klingon word, qapla', although the logo on the chip bears a certain resemblance to the bat'leth, or "sword of honor".

The casino using this chip is one of many owned by Stanley Ho, the Earth magnate with many casinos on Earth and other planets around the universe. It is managed by one of his daughters, Tulip Ho. The Chinese phrase roughly translates into "with every victory there is honor", meaning I suppose that there is no cheating in Qapla'.

It's interesting that it uses the same symbol for currency as the US uses for its dollar. This may be an accommodation to the many US tourists that visit Qapla' on their vacation, often converting their Dollars into slips of gold-pressed latinum on arrival.
