on this. If he asked the seller and the seller said," I dont combine shipping", then I'd understand it. But he asked and the guy told him it was too late and then shipped the items together. It was not too late and he did ship them together. He lied. He had every right to say he didn't do combined shipping but to say it was too late when it wasn't was simply dishonest.
