Had Zeb not received both chips that would have opened up anew set of problems as you mentioned.

While I certianly dont agree with not offering a discount (Especially when shipped together), I cant say the seller did anything wrong by not accepting anything less.

If it were me I chalk this up to experience and never buy from that seller again.
