I did the buy it now (only option, wasn't a bid bid bid auction). After I emailed him, told I bought 2 chips and asked if he could combine, he said it was too late. Like I said, I would have NO problem whatsoever if I got them in seperate envelopes, but he did combine the chips into one shipping envelope, and pretty much pocketed the other shipping charges. THAT is where I see a problem. Bill, I have done this in the past with you, YOU as the seller have caught it, and stuck cash in the envelope. I remember that well.
