The buyer bid on two auctions and both listed shipping costs clearly.
The buyer agreed to those terms when he placed the bid.
You might not like the outcome and If I were the buyer I would probably never buy from that person again, but the seller did nothing wrong.
Unless he claims in writing that all auction chips will be delivered in seperate packages, or that he agrees to combine shipping he is doing exactly what he said he would do.
Once again, THE SELLER DID EXACTLY WHAT HE PROMISED TO DO.
He delivered both chips at the price he agreed to when the buyer placed the bid.
