Tell me how he did nothing wrong??

He collected for two packages and shipping costs but only shipped one item?

How can he prove he shipped a 2nd item? HE CANT

Once again I sell and dont want neg feedback....Be fair to your customers.....If he wanted to he could state he never got package B and then he would get all of his money bacjk plus the ship and the seller would have no recourse
