He delivered the chip at the bid price for exactly the shipping quoted.
It is the buyers responsability to ask about combined bidding BEFORE placing a bid.
Geez people, your making this seller out to be a scumbag when he did nothing legally wrong.
Would most people agree to charge a discount for shipping?, sure they would.
However, if someone agrees to buy something at a quoted price it is binding deal.
Dont like it, dont bid on any more of his auctions. But leaving negetive feedback for this is just plain wrong.
