I think it's only a way to steal a little money.

As someone else said, if you combine shipping you have to give a little discount, otherwise you have to send 2 separates envelopes, as expected in the auction (each auction is a separate deal).

I've been victim of this kind of trick, and after my complaint the smart guy told me: "remember when you buy another time, we could find a way". LOL, I'll never buy anything from you.

And note: usually people acting in this way is people giving feedback only after a positive one received
