I Agree with John 100%. I created it for the benefit of all those who could use it as a reference, and it even pains me that it has gotten out of date. I do not expect any remuneration or anything, I just want to see the guide continue so that people can continue to benefit from it in the future. Of course if someone wanted to make mention that I was the original creator, I certainly wouldn't frown on that!! but that is optional!!!
